Find answers to the most common questions about our bouncy castle hire services, including delivery areas, safety, setup, and booking. If you need more information, feel free to contact our team—we’re always happy to help.
What areas do you deliver to?
We provide bouncy castle hire in Fingal and surrounding areas, including Wicklow and parts of South Dublin. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to confirm availability.
What types of bouncy castles can I hire?
We offer a wide range of inflatables including standard bouncy castles, slide combos, obstacle courses, disco castles, and soft play options. These are suitable for birthday parties, school events, communions, and corporate functions.
Do you handle delivery, setup, and collection?
Yes, we provide a full service that includes delivery, professional setup, and collection after your event. This ensures a hassle-free experience so you can focus on enjoying your day.
Are your bouncy castles safe and clean?
Absolutely. All of our inflatables are regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained to meet strict safety standards. Safety and hygiene are our top priorities for every hire.
How do I book a bouncy castle?
Booking is simple—just contact us via our website, phone, or email with your event date, location, and preferred inflatable. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Irish weather can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible options. If conditions are unsafe (e.g. high winds or heavy rain), we’ll work with you to reschedule or cancel where appropriate.
How much space is required for setup?
The space required depends on the size of the inflatable you choose. Each product has specific dimensions, and we recommend allowing extra space around the unit for safety and access.
Can adults use the bouncy castles too?
Yes, we offer options suitable for both children and adults. Some inflatables are specifically designed for larger users or mixed-age groups—just ask us for recommendations based on your event.
